Current demo operation
The current website version does not transmit inquiry-form data to Smart Point Solutions or store it on a company server. Form information and generated reference numbers are stored locally in the visitor’s browser for demonstration purposes. Selected attachment files are not uploaded. Clearing browser storage, changing browser or device, or using private-browsing mode may remove or prevent access to locally stored requests. This section will be updated before server-side request processing is activated.
Information the form records
In the current demo, the form records the details you enter — name, organisation, job title, email address, mobile number, city, preferred contact method, subject, description and, for an attachment, only the file name — in your own browser. Once production request processing is activated, these same details will be collected by Smart Point Solutions.
How it will be used (once production processing is active)
Once production request processing is activated, request information will be used to respond to your inquiry, prepare technical or commercial proposals, arrange site visits and provide support on existing systems. In the current demo, no request information is received or used by Smart Point Solutions.
Sharing (once production processing is active)
We will not sell your information. Once production request processing is activated, details will be shared internally only with the teams involved in responding to your request. In the current demo, nothing is shared because nothing leaves your browser.
Retention
In the current demo, requests remain in your browser until you clear its storage; no server-side records are kept. Once production request processing is activated, request records will be retained for as long as needed to support the relationship and to meet applicable record-keeping requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Your choices
In the current demo, you can remove locally stored requests at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. Once production request processing is activated, you will be able to ask us to update or delete the information associated with your request using the details on the Contact page.
